We just spent the best weekend of our lives at the Cajun Palms for the weekend before Halloween the activities were awesome the Golf Cart contest, the Site decorating contest, the Haunted House, the Pumpkin carving contest and the Halloween costume contest never had so much fun the staff was so nice and friendly and the owner made our stay so enjoyable, we like it so much have booked for next year at the same time, can't wait.

Talk about paradise right in your backyard! Only ten minutes from home (in Breaux Bridge) to be able to enjoy such a wonderful place. We rented two cabins, steps away from the most fabulous pool and Tiki Bar. The entertainment during the July 4th holiday was terrific, as was the staff. We certainly plan to return and can't wait to see the additional plans for the additional pool and cabins.

All the previous comments covers how great a place this is, however I would like to highlight on the owners and staff. I can say they really work hard 24 hours a day for their guest. We were in route to the beach for our five year anniversary when about 10pm we had an accident on the highway. It occurred a few miles away from Cajun Palms, so we hitched a ride and located a maintenance man, who went out of his way to make arrangements with other employees (Keith, Tanya, and Mr. Caillier) and the owner (Lee) to pull in our 5th wheel off the highway and into the resort. With such southern hospitality we never felt stranded (Lee even offered use of his personal vehicle) and with all the amenities this resort offers, our anniversary was saved.

OMG !! its awesome ! and thanksgiving!! well my whole family comes for our thanksgiving now. and New Years Party !! well its great to go to the club house and have a party then walk back and not worry about DWI ! hee hee :) the staff is really great. I just love my lil' Chelsey !!! and Brittany !! and Lee is so awesome, he walks around when he's not scooting around on his golf cart making sure everyone is having the most wonderful time of there life. We also were there for the Crawfish Festival in May 2009. Went to Festival only one time, rest of the weekend was spent using the many amenities. This is one of the greatest RV Parks we have been to. The staff was very friendly, the owners are on the grounds and are visiting with their guest, you. The Tiki Bar/ Pool area is like being at a 5 star family resort in Cancun without the sand. Who would of thought that someone could have put this wonderful facility it the middle of the cane fields but they did it and did a great job doing it. Thanks for making our stay a great. Each time I have called your staff does everything to meet my requests. My mother joined us this weekend...she is from Houston and lives on a boat...she compared Cajun Palms to the Lakewood Yacht Club...Exclusive but not pretentious....even when surrounded my million dollar Class A's (HAHAHAHAH). Like my daughter said this weekend "Mom, you can't help but be happy when you are here.", couldn't have said it better myself. I have a ten year old and a 7 year old and they love to bring their friends to Cajun Palms. You have made a resort that both the kids and parents enjoy-that is rare.

The weekend of January 17-19, 2009 my wife and I discovered Cajun Palms.
It was by accident and we're so glad we did. This is the best RV park in Louisiana. Lee and his wife, Stephanie have hit a home run with this park. They have all you need and if they don't have it, they make up for it with their customer service and personality. The spaces are level concrete pads, double the normal size. What I found unique were the triple or double RV sites, a campers insight. Lee thought of everything, two or three RV's can park face to face, so you can have your own private gathering area with your camping friends. They also, have a local restaurant to the west of the park with some of the best Cajun food you will ever eat. They will bring it to you or come pick you up. Pool, clubhouse, Tiki bar, store, Lee Roy the Bull Dog, on and on, what more can you ask for. We'll never stay anywhere else when we are in the Lafayette area. Your other local places can't hang with this park. Thanks Lee and Stephanie for your vision and hard work.

This past weekend, October. 17-18, was my birthday weekend. Of course, I had a blast. I invited everyone to come out and stay the weekend. We had 6 cabins and around 8 or 9 campers. I can honestly say that this was probably the BEST birthday fun I have had. I asked Lee for a fire pit Friday morning and it was delivered Friday afternoon. (And he brought some wood) Have to have the campfire in the Fall and Winter.
We didn't get too loud but we had tons of fun. If you are camping with other people, grab RV spots 1 and 2. They are the best. Thanks to everyone at Cajun Palms. Lee and Stephanie have the most awesome place.
The entire staff is great. I am so happy to have a place to go to where we can enjoy our weekends. I can't wait until Summertime. This is my vacation spot!

WOW we have been wanting to see something as nice as Cajun Palms in south Louisiana. They staff is very nice and always jumping to help you. The grounds are new and future additions are coming soon. This is a wonderful addition to our area and a great family camping spot. Lots for the kids to do and adults too. Close to cell sites and only 10 minutes from Lafayette if you need anything. I highly recommend this RV Park and it will be one of the premier Park to visit when all of the construction is finished.

My wife, Paula, and I arrived August 22, 2008 with out 5th-wheel and stayed thru August 24, 2008.  The staff was nice and pleasantly helpful.  The entire facility was refreshingly clean and well kept.  Access to water, electrical, sewer, and cable were easily accessible at the sites.  The slabs were very level and I only had to level the 5th-wheel from front to back.  I really liked the fact that I didn't have to carry money.  Everything was charged to the site by scanning the wristband and we settled up at the end of the stay.  I would rate this campground as high as any I have visited.  My only regret is that I didn't catch the big bass that was lurking under the bridge.  Thanks!!

Donna and I stayed for two nights in Cabin 17 and wished we could have stayed at least another day. The whole site is very nice and the swimming pool is awesome. Our son and his family stayed the same nights and were in Cabin 16. We all enjoyed the fishing pond. The only thing that was negative was the weather, it rained on our second day, but we still made the best of it. We would consider staying here again in the future.

WOW!!!!!!! We had a blast. We had stayed at another park and had to bring everything, it was wonderful to show up and have the room seem like a 5 star hotel. All you had to do was bring your food and clothes all else is provided. And if you don't want to cook you could always enjoy the fine dining at Crawfish Town USA which you can be picked up from your room and taken to the rest. and returned. My girls had the best time as did I. The pool is fabulous and the employees were very courteous.

Most times you have recommendations on what could be improved, but no, not this time. We look forward to going again soon. Thanks Lee and Stephanie for a wonderful time.

Great Friendly Staff Very clean . We were a group of about 20 we rented cabins and some in campers all enjoyed. Only thing I can suggest is more garbage cans around cabin sites and camp sites . We were there the first weekend in May, and what a blast we had and our kids love it. There is no other place like Cajun Palms, clean, lots of excitement for the kids, can't wait till the pool opens up, and what a thrill once the Tiki bar opens up. We have been to many places camping, but this one takes the icing off the cake. The staff is well put together makes you feel welcome. We only live 10 miles away and we will mark this one on the calendar it is our favorite spot to camp. I will recommend this place to everyone. This is located right in Henderson, LA. but feels like you are in Florida.

We were 6 campers there for Easter weekend , enjoyed ourselves immensely. My husband made me book for the whole year ,don't have to go far to enjoy yourself, the crew and owners are awesome! We camped with ya'll for the first time Easter weekend and we had a blast. Thank you all for your hospitality. To all the wonderful folks of Cajun Palms....we are the ones with the medical emergency leading to a trip in an ambulance to the hospital. You were so kind and loving to this slightly scared wife. I felt like I was with family. Getting the 'toad' to Lafayette the next day was above and beyond anything I would have expected. You not only have a great place to stay (and believe me I'm telling all my friends) but you are the greatest bunch of folks. I'm glad my hubby now has a pint of Cajun blood in him, just makes us feel like homefolk. I hope to get back down there soon and enjoy your park with maybe a little less excitement.

    Well, I'll say it like Shawn told me, we have found our get away. Mr. Lee has out done himself with the place. It's clean, friendly, KID friendly, ALL CEMENT FOR LITTLE ONES TO RIDE BIKES, a plus in my book, no gravel to fall on. We LOVE the fact that we have friends with RV's and we set up facing each other and hang out all together, THAT'S GREAT. The kids are in the same area not walking around the backs of campers, THAT'S SAFER. THANKS!!
    We are coming in one week and then again in May. That will make 4 trips in 6 months about. My brother is coming also to stay in the cabins, we have had friends stay in the cabins, guys they are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN not like other, say no names, like some you have to bring your own mop and walk around in socks, I'm exaggerating but it's so true and so gross. Any way each cabin is  Decorated w/ different themes.
    The area is peaceful, far enough and close enough. When we go the weekend we leave around noon kids take a nap and then we are there.
    Mr. Lee is a sweetheart, he always asked if we needed anything, even asked my 3 year old if she needed anything, his nickname for her is princess. We got a kick out of that!! And her as well.
    They also do parties, book it I'm there for birthdays.
